This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I don't know why it took me so long to set up a page here. I have one friend that has been trying to get me to for a few years. but I guess the important thing I I have it up now lol cant wait to tell him. So far I like the site and cant wait to see comments hopefully something constructive. Im a self taught artist in painting and colored pencils. I have an associates degree in fashion design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. During the courses I learned to do fashion illustrations. I could not draw before then. So it was majorly frustrating for me but I stuck with it practiced every day until I won a $500 scholarship in a contest for best design. That inspired me to find out what else I could do. So I went on to teach myself to paint using acrylics at first as it seemed easier and cheaper than oils. I struggled with it but kept going. I was determined. and so during this I created my own style and ways. Later I took a basic drawing class to learn about perspective and basic drawing techniques. And went on from there on my own. Ive tried inks, colored pencils, acrylics, mixed media, and now love oils.
